Rates & Payment
15 minute initial consultation by phone: complimentary
Initial diagnostic session (75 -90 minutes): $200
Individual session: $175 (60 minutes) / $145 (45 minutes)
Sliding scale fee for out-of-pocket clients with significant economic hardship on a case-by-case basis
Cash, check, all major credit cards/flex spending cards accepted
Courtesy claim filing or "super bill" invoicing can be provided for patient reimbursement
Copay, deductible, or full payment is due at the conclusion of each session
Cancellation Policy
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations
Missed appointments or failure to call to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours will be assessed a $100.00 fee automatically charged to your card on file.
